The 30-Day Challenge Log (Days 22 – 30)

Summary

It is time for the last round of audio logs (Days 22 – 30). Though there were some hiccups, I feel very proud to have made it to the end. During the last week, I experienced some knee swelling and sickness that put a temporary halt on the exercise streak. I’d go on to make an extended log about that in Episode 173.5.

However, just like any other knockdown in this life, you have a choice whether to stay down or get back up and keep fighting. The sickness didn’t last long and I got right back up. The knee is still a concern, but there are other forms of activity and I’ll continue to closely monitor that. To hear more about the end of the journey, listen to the audio logs!

The 30-Day Challenge Log (Days 15 – 21)

Summary

It is time once again for another round of audio logs. This session covers days 15 through 21. This week was my most challenging and valuable lessons were learned. Although the routine of working out has become a much easier process, it is certainly not a cure-all.

Bad days and struggle still happen. Growing and creating good habits help you face these things, but they don’t disappear just because you’re doing the right things.

Overall though, I’m happy to be continuing the streak and will hope to continue to build upon that momentum with other endeavors, especially creative ones. I hope you continue to join me in the challenge; if you are new to this or just seeing it now, it’s never too late! As long as you have a dream in your head and breath in your lungs, you still can win. Let’s have a great week!

Summary

The following audio is a collection of audio logs from days 1 to 7 on my newest set of challenges: 20 minutes of exercise every day, meditation 2x a week, and no sugary sweets/desserts.
