A collection of audio logs from days 8 through 14 of my 30-day challenge. The challenge: daily exercise for at least 20 minutes, meditation 2x/week, and no sugary sweets/desserts. As of 3/14, new amendments include 1 extra day of meditation and 30 minutes of daily reading.
