The 30-Day Challenge Log (Days 1 – 7)

Summary

The following audio is a collection of audio logs from days 1 to 7 on my newest set of challenges: 20 minutes of exercise every day, meditation 2x a week, and no sugary sweets/desserts. These logs will hopefully hold me accountable and give you some valuable insight into the process. As the journey continues, I hope to add more modifications to the list.
